Professional Services
ICF walls in progress — foam forms stacked, rebar set and bracing plumb, ready for the pour.
01
Built for tornado alley
Engineered ICF walls are tested against sustained winds over 200 mph and the flying debris that destroys stick-framed homes. Continuous footing to roofline — not a safe room bolted into a normal house.
02
30–50% lower energy bills
High effective R-value, thermal mass and near-zero air leakage in one wall. An ICF envelope does the work of framing, insulation and air sealing at the same time.
03
Genuinely, noticeably quiet
Six inches of reinforced between two layers of foam stops sound the way it stops weather. The silence is the thing people notice every single day.
04
No rot, termites, or mold
Foam do not feed insects, do not rot, and do not support mold growth inside the assembly. Multi-hour fire resistance ratings come standard with the wall.
